Things We Held In Silence

Things We Held in Silence is a sculptural-photographic series exploring personal and societal transformation through six symbolic photographs. Rooted in themes of loss, indoctrination, addiction, collapse, and healing, the project begins in the fragile space between innocence and the pressures we inherit — from families, education, culture, and technology.

Each vessel reflects a stage in the disintegration and potential repair of the self. Constructed from charged materials such as clay, plastic waste, barbed wire, and glass, the works are paired with projected imagery and tactile interventions to evoke identity, emotional numbness, and systemic control.
